01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you", "your") and PP777 ("the platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all use of the PP777 website, mobile browser experience, games, sports betting markets and any related services we provide.

By completing registration, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any PP777 game, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you are unsure about any part of these Terms, we recommend reading the relevant section carefully or contacting our support team before proceeding.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PP777.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use PP777, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PP777 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to anyone under 18. Age verification may be required at any point during or after registration.
• You must be registering on your own behalf. Creating an account for another person, or allowing another person to operate your PP777 account, is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when creating your account. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process.
• You must not already hold an active PP777 account. Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• Your use of PP777 must be for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial, professional or organisational purpose.

PP777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of funds pending verification.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your PP777 account. This includes keeping your login credentials — username and password — private and not sharing them with any other person.

Specific account responsibilities include:

• Keeping your password secure and changing it immediately if you believe your account may have been accessed without your authorisation.
• Logging out of your PP777 account after each session, particularly when using a shared device.
• Notifying PP777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that all personal information associated with your account remains up to date and accurate.
• Not using another player's PP777 account credentials under any circumstances.

PP777 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you shared your login details, failed to secure your device or neglected to report a security issue promptly. All activity carried out under your account credentials is considered to be your responsibility unless you have formally notified PP777 of a breach and we have confirmed receipt of that notification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All PP777 account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PP777 does not apply currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current available options are displayed within your PP777 account at the time of deposit.

Deposit processing: Most PP777 deposits are processed promptly and credited to your account balance quickly, though exact processing times depend on the payment method used and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control including bank processing times and network conditions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by PP777 in the order they are received. We aim to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, but actual settlement time to your nominated payment method will also depend on the payment provider's processing times. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit wherever possible.

PP777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are detailed within the PP777 platform at the time of the relevant transaction.

05 Betting Rules

PP777 offers sports betting markets across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football and Esports among other sports. All bets placed on PP777 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a successful confirmation from PP777. Bets that are pending or have not been confirmed due to a technical error are not valid until confirmation is received.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to PP777 betting markets and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing. These limits may vary by market, event and account standing.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed on PP777 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to settlement.
• In-play betting: Live betting odds on PP777 update in real time. There may be brief periods where live markets are suspended during key moments in a match — for example during a wicket, review or penalty. Bets attempted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• Void bets: PP777 reserves the right to void bets where there has been a clear and demonstrable pricing error, where the underlying event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or manipulation in relation to the event or the bet placement.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting body. In the event of a dispute about the outcome of an event, PP777's decision — made in good faith using available official information — is final.
• Accumulator bets: If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, that leg is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections.

PP777 reserves the right to restrict or close betting markets at any time, and to limit the maximum payout on any individual bet or series of bets at its discretion. These limits are applied consistently and are not targeted at any individual player.

06 Casino & Game Rules

PP777 offers Live Casino games, Slot Games and Bingo alongside its sports betting product. The following rules apply to all casino and game activity on the platform:

• Live Casino: Live dealer games on PP777 — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and game show titles — are operated in real time. Once a betting round has closed and the dealer has announced no further bets, no additional wagers can be placed. Results are determined by the live game outcome and are final.
• Slot Games: All PP777 Slot Games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each spin is an independent event and previous results have no bearing on future outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by game providers and are built into the game software.
• Bingo: PP777 Bingo sessions run to a fixed schedule. Once a Bingo session has started, tickets purchased for that session cannot be refunded. Results are determined by the random draw system and are final.
• Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a Live Casino round or Slot spin, PP777 will use its system records to determine the outcome. If a game round was completed server-side before the disconnection, the recorded result stands. PP777 is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet service or device.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, PP777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to your account balance. All other completed rounds during the same session remain valid.

Full game-specific rules are available within each game on the PP777 platform. Where these general Terms conflict with game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game type.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

PP777 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and other promotional offers to players from time to time. All PP777 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside the relevant offer. The following general principles apply to all PP777 bonus activity:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players using PP777 for personal entertainment. Any attempt to exploit bonuses in a way that PP777 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the offer — including but not limited to bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements associated with bonuses must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and other specific conditions are detailed in the terms of each individual promotion.
• PP777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to a player's account are honoured subject to the original offer terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between PP777 accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement process described in each promotion's terms.
• Where PP777 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently or through the use of multiple accounts, we reserve the right to withhold associated winnings and close the relevant accounts pending investigation.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PP777. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and notification to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one PP777 account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point when submitting identification or verification documents.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the PP777 platform, place bets, play casino games or exploit any aspect of the system.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation or sports fraud in connection with markets available on PP777.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or any other PP777 game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors or pricing mistakes rather than reporting them to PP777 support. Bets placed knowingly on incorrectly priced markets will be voided regardless of the outcome.
• Using PP777 for money laundering or any other financial crime. PP777 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with any investigation by relevant authorities.
• Attempting to access PP777 systems, databases or backend infrastructure without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing PP777 staff or other players through any channel.

PP777 monitors platform activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to take immediate action without prior warning. The severity of action taken — including account restriction, suspension, closure or fund forfeiture — will reflect the nature and extent of the breach.

09 Responsible Gaming

PP777 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable and manageable for adult players. We take our responsibility in this area seriously and have built tools into the platform to help players manage their activity effectively.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits from within your PP777 account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the PP777 platform — including but not limited to the PP777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text content, graphics, data and software — is the intellectual property of PP777 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders including game providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use PP777 content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any PP777 content without explicit written permission.
• Use PP777 branding, logos or trademarks in any context outside the PP777 platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any PP777 software or game.
• Create derivative works based on PP777 content or platform features.

Game content available on PP777 — including Slot Games, Live Casino software and Bingo systems — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' own licensing terms in addition to these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

PP777 provides the platform and all associated services on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform is reliable and functions correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PP777's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• PP777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from platform downtime, game technical errors or connectivity issues.
• PP777 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms, including losses resulting from prohibited conduct that leads to account suspension or fund forfeiture.
• PP777 is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays in deposit or withdrawal processing that result from the payment provider's own systems.
• PP777's total liability to any individual player in any calendar month is limited to the total value of deposits made by that player during that month.

Nothing in these Terms limits PP777's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

PP777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Suspected engagement in fraud, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 08.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under Responsible Gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, PP777 reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in the account pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be the result of prohibited conduct — including bonus abuse or fraudulent activity — those funds will be forfeited.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach — for example at PP777's commercial discretion or following a player's own closure request — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements have been satisfied.

You may close your PP777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed promptly, subject to any outstanding verification or withdrawal processing requirements.

14 Changes to Terms

PP777 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their PP777 account and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the PP777 platform after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should stop using PP777 and contact our support team to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. PP777 recommends checking this page whenever you receive a notification of an update, and before making any significant deposit or placing any large bets, to ensure you are operating under the current Terms.
